Are you an experienced RV Resort Manager with at least two years of experience looking to take your talents to a vibrant and growing Florida RV resort? Are you looking for a team that is local to the area and will provide you with opportunities to grow and rewarding experiences? 


Torrey Trails RV & Golf Resort in Bowling Green, Florida is seeking a full-time resort manager. We are looking for an RV Resort Manager who has just the right balance of management and sales skills with a real knack for great customer service. As resort manager, you will oversee and direct the day-to-day property management operations. This is a guest-services-oriented role. We want you to work with our team to cultivate an active, thriving community, as most of our guests are long-term and stay for a good portion of the year (mostly the winter months).


You will also have some sales and marketing duties to maximize occupancy. If you like the idea of helping to build and maintain a first-class RV resort community and you have the qualifications and background we’re looking for, we want to talk to you!


As an RV Resort Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for visitors and residents. Ensuring a positive atmosphere and responsive service for the members of your resort community will not only mean satisfied guests and long-term residents but also better word-of-mouth referrals! Your job duties will include:

  1. Responds to guest and resident inquiries.

  2. Serves as the direct point of contact for guests.

  3. Ensures guests receive a high level of service.

  4. Handles and resolves guest complaints.

  5. Coordinates team member selection, training, and development for resortstaff and ensures all team members comply with appropriate policies and operational procedures.

  6. Works with the Resort Owners to quickly and effectively address issues that would adversely affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction.

  7. Enforces resort rules and standards according to our guidelines.

  8. Markets RV Sites at RV Shows and provide or arrange for tours for potential guests who visit the resort. 

  9. Oversees light construction and improvements as needed, ensuring that all contractors and construction workers comply with the guidelines we set out for them.

  10. Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks get performed regularly.



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years of property management  at an RV park or resort 

  • Previous sales and leasing experience preferred

  • General knowledge of property maintenance

  • Solid negotiation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law

  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours

  • Ability to live on-site within the resort
